It is the follow on service to the Dreams and Details Strategy Definition Support service and provides an Operationalization Proposal based upon independent assessment, leading practices and success patterns from strategy journeys of Dreams & Details Academy customers, and thus helps save money and time while significantly increasing the chances of success.
