The Delivery will be based on four distinct delivery steps: Initial Scoping and Success Discussion (KickOff Call, Onsite); D&D Map Assessment and Workshop preparation; Strategy Operationalization WorkShop (Onsite); Development of Operationalization Proposal and Review
